Hiscox — The Hiscox Reactor
As the first insurer in the U.S. to offer direct, real-time online coverage for small businesses, Hiscox needed a way to make a complex value proposition feel immediate and personal. The Hiscox Reactor translated that promise into an interactive experience—using a Rube Goldberg–inspired machine powered by a user’s LinkedIn profile to visualize how past and present actions shape entrepreneurial potential.
The work reframed insurance as momentum rather than paperwork, turning personal data into a narrative system that made risk, effort, and reward tangible through interaction.
Production oversight aligned interactive design, technical development, and content delivery into a unified experience.
