Motorola — Shattered Stories
To launch the DROID Turbo 2’s shatterproof screen, Motorola turned broken phones into a storytelling device. Familiar emoji characters reacted in real time to cracked screens, revealing what happens inside a phone when its world shatters. Built as a live, listen-and-respond campaign, each personalized animation was written, voiced, animated, and delivered back to users in under an hour.
Production leadership drove a rapid-response pipeline—combining live puppeteering, performance capture, animation, and delivery to execute custom films in real time without sacrificing craft or consistency at scale.
