Walmart’s Toy Lab reimagined holiday product discovery as an interactive, choose-your-own-adventure film, letting kids explore a virtual testing factory where the year’s most anticipated toys were put to the test. Built around choice and exploration, the experience served custom content based on each decision—putting control in the hands of the audience.
